Wine Dinner Menu

Hello partners in wine!

Our next dinner is at the end of the month. Here is the menu in case you want to plan your wine.

  • Shaved Salad (celery root, radishes, fennel, and parm over butter lettuce with a citrus dressing)

  • Asparagus Puree with Dungeness Crab and Creme Fraiche

  • Stuffed Beef Tenderloin (mushrooms, shallot, garlic and spinach) with a side of wild rice with chanterelles. Served with a mushroom cream sauce, truffled port reduction, or Bordelaise...or all three. Isaac is busy in the kitchen!

  • Blood Orange Semolina Cake with thyme-infused whipped cream 

We'll have plenty of food, but if two couples can bring a light app or cheese (just a little something to nibble on while we share a glass and catch up) and someone else bring bread for the table (there's bound to be good sauces to mop up) that would be great... and as usual, two bottles to share.
